Please make visa arrangements as soon as possible after having sent your registration form. In the first instance please address the UAE consulate in your own country in order to find out whether or not you need a visa, and apply there for one. In case this is not possible, the Symposium organisers are happy to facilitate your visa application following a complete registration process.

The citizens of following countries do not need UAE visa:

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zeeland, Norway, Oman, Paraguay, Qatar, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, UK, Vatican.

If your country is not listed above and you require a visa for the UAE, please send your relevant passport pages together with a good resolution photograph scanned in *.jpg file format as an attachment to the following electronic addresses before 6th of March 2006 latest:
